With over 15 years of success, LTG has built a strong reputation for excellence, powered by the passion, expertise, and creativity of our professional production team. Our mission is to inspire and nurture the next generation of performers, directors, and creatives by providing outstanding training and meaningful performance opportunities.
We are proud to serve as a launchpad for young artists, many of whom have progressed to leading drama schools and built successful careers in the performing arts. At LTG, we cultivate a supportive and dynamic environment where creativity thrives. Members collaborate with like-minded individuals and take part in professional guest workshops, gaining valuable industry insight and hands-on experience that supports their artistic growth.

Meet Our Team
Leicester Theatre Group is proudly led by two dedicated volunteers who help shape the vision and continued growth of the organisation. Alongside them, our creative team is made up of experienced industry professionals who share LTG’s values, ethos, and commitment to developing the next generation of performers and creatives. Bringing a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and industry insight, our team creates a supportive environment where talent can flourish, confidence can grow, and young artists are given the opportunity to explore their creativity and reach their full potential.
Megan Berridge
ARTISTIC DIRECTOR & PRODUCER
Megan is a First-Class Directing graduate from Plymouth Conservatoire and one of LTG’s original members, having been part of the group since its founding 15 years ago. Now a trained vocal coach, director, and playwright, she is taking on the exciting role of leading Leicester Theatre Group. It’s a true full-circle moment, and she is deeply committed to giving back to the company that supported her throughout her training.
Jamie Moulding
PRODUCER
Jamie has been part of Leicester Theatre Group for over 13 years and is passionate about theatre and developing young talent. As Chairman of the Trustee Board, Producer and Designated Safeguarding Lead, Jamie is dedicated to creating exciting opportunities for young performers and ensuring LTG remains a safe, supportive and inspiring place for young people to grow and shine.
Hanna Roberts
COREOGRAPHER
Hanna is a Performing Arts graduate from the Centre of Performance Arts University and has worked professionally as a freelance choreographer and dancer for over 13 years. She joined Leicester Theatre Group in 2025 for The Addams Family and has continued to work on a range of LTG projects since then. Hanna loves working with young people and is passionate about helping them develop their skills, confidence and creativity while seeing them excel within the arts.
James Barlow
MUSICAL DIRECTOR
James first discovered a love of performing at the age of 9 when he started learning the saxophone, and from there he has since learned piano and taught himself a range of other instruments. He’s performed in bands, shows and as a solo acoustic artist and hopes to inspire a new generation of performers with his enthusiastic and passionate approach to teaching.
Zade Gibson
MUSICAL WORKSHOP TEACHER AND CONTENT CREATOR
Zade is a current 3rd year at Addict Dance Academy and has been part of LTG as a performer since 2021. He now has joined the creative team as a content creator and our Musical Theatre Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of young performers.
